Why We’re Building This
We’ve lived the friction first-hand: passionate about diving, equally passionate about building businesses, and always having to choose between the two.Tobi felt it when choosing between dive trips and nomad masterminds. Claudia lived it while spending months in Bali, loving the diving, but missing entrepreneurial energy. When we met, it clicked: we weren’t the only ones feeling this tension.Most dive spots lack a real nomad community. Most nomad hubs aren’t dive-friendly. We want a world where we don’t have to pick between connection and the ocean – so we’re building it.
Our Shared Pain
In nomad circles, diving is often just a side hobby.
In diving circles, the energy of remote entrepreneurship is missing.
Incredible dive locations are often isolated – no community, no infrastructure.
We’re tired of choosing. We want both – and we know others do too.
Our Vision
We’re building a tribe – not a tourist group.One year from now, we imagine:
Diving Nomads traveling together to incredible dive destinations
Coliving, coworking, diving, and creating side-by-side
Supporting each other in becoming better divers and better entrepreneurs
Pop-up “divecations” in remote reef paradises – with strong Wi-Fi and even stronger vibes
Meetups in places where diving is epic, but solo travel is hard
You land in Sodwana or Malapascua – and there’s a crew already there, ready to dive and jam on life and business.

This isn’t for occasional divers or vacation-only travelers. We’re building something deeper. We’re not focused on freediving either – our love is scuba.But if diving is more than just a vacation activity for you – something you return to regularly and want to share with like-minded people – and you’re looking to grow your business alongside adventurous, thoughtful peers, you’ll feel right at home.
Who We Are
We’re Tobi and Claudia – two location-independent entrepreneurs and passionate divers who care deeply about meaningful experiences and real connection.Tobi is a tech founder, leadership mentor, and team coach who’s been living the nomad life since 2019. He took his first dive at age 12 in Ibiza and has since explored reefs and wrecks across the Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and Mediterranean. He’s all about intentional living, honest conversations, and epic dives with even better company.

→ Bucket list: HMHS Britannic (Greece)Claudia works in startup investing and is a writer and marketing strategist – nomad since 2019. She overcame a lifelong fear of the ocean and fell in love with diving after a whale shark encounter in Koh Tao - for her, diving is meditation. Apart from diving, her heart beats for freedom, depth, and communities where people can be real.
